


TEAM Co.’s management group has over 80 years of combined technical and managerial expertise in the trade show and convention industry. TEAM Co. President / CEO, Norman Yahraus, has worked in the industry for over 40 years. He served as an Executive Vice President and Corporate Executive of GES Exposition Services until 1995. He then worked with Sheldon Adelson as a Vice President to establish and manage all of the in-house technical services at the Sands Exposition & Convention Center. From that concept, he formed TEAM Co. in 1999 to help other hotel/resort properties generate better revenue from their convention and meeting room facilities. In addition to pioneering the billing & management service concept, he developed and holds patents for several electrical inventions which are widely used in the trade show and convention industry today. Mr. Yahraus has also implemented safe methods of hanging and supporting overhead production equipment used for the more technical expositions.
Vice President, Deanna Lowell has been in the industry for more than 20 years and has worked in many facets of the business, from customer service to General Manager for the Electrical Division of GES Exposition Services (TSE Electrical). When the Sands Exposition & Convention Center took its technical services in-house, she worked as the Administrative Manager, developing the billing practices, customer service and accounting procedures for those services. She later became the Administrative Manager in Las Vegas for Smart City Networks, a telecommunications and internet services provider for convention facilities including the Las Vegas Convention Center.
Kevin Jackson entered the Convention Service industry in mid 2006 as a Production Supervisor with one of the industry’s major decorating company’s headquartered in Dallas Texas. His responsibilities were to produce and manage trade shows ranging in size from 100 square feet to 900,000 square feet. As a production supervisor one of his responsibilities was to work closely with show managers to ensure all their convention needs were met. His dedication earned him the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce Customer Service Excellence Award in 2008.
As TEAM Co.’s Sales and Event manager Kevin prepares sales presentations and marketing concepts for the company and presents the information to local convention facilities in order to establish more business partnerships. For our current clients Kevin works closely with each facility’s director, service managers, vendors and exhibitors to assist in the preparation and servicing of scheduled trade shows, and processes show management estimates and orders as needed.
Seth Gonzalez is our Facility Operations and Events Manager. He has supervised on-site operations at the Mirage and Bellagio’s convention facilities for the past four years, and is in the process of implementing operations at the new ARIA facility. As a recent graduate from UNLV with a Bachelor’s degree in International Business and Marketing, and the youngest member of our team, Seth brings new and innovative perspectives to our company. He works closely with our Marketing department to improve our website’s design and functionality as well as our branding and customer service. He started with TEAM Co. as a Customer Service Representative and his assistance was instrumental in the planning and implementation of services at the Bellagio. Prior to joining TEAM Co. Seth Gonzalez worked for five years in the sales and management field and received multiple sales awards including a President’s Letter Award of Sales from Vector Marketing, and helped lead Atlas Marketing’s Indiana office to earning the Top Office Sales award in 2005. His proven ability to learn quickly has helped him become a rising star in the convention and tradeshow industry.
